Commissioner

A brief breakdown of the options available to a Region Commissioner

Under the profile page, any contact who has been granted commissioner status will be presented with Regional Commissioner menu.
The menu will contain links to Manage Teams, Assign Coaches, Manage Players and Manage Games.


Manage Teams

All regional commissioners can manage all the teams that have been attached to their profile.


Add a Team

1. Click on the link "Manage Teams" located on the profile page.
2. Click on the Add a Team link located below and above the Teams Admin table.
3. Select the competition the team is participating in.
4. Select the Active status for the team.
5. Enter the team's name.
6. Select the division the team is participating in.
8. Select the region the team is participating in.
9. Enter the jersey color, shorts color, socks color, and the jersey type. These can be edited by the head coach on the front page.
10. When all fields are set and selected click on Submit.


Edit a Team ( ) and Assign Coaches

1. Click on the link "Manage Teams" located on the profile page.
2. Click edit icon ( ) located under the Action column.
3. Select the competition the team is participating in.
4. Select the Active status for the team.
5. Enter the team's name.
6. Select the division the team is participating in.
8. Select the region the team is participating in.
9. A regional commissioner can select a head coach and an assistant coach on the team's edit page.
10. Enter the jersey color, shorts color, socks color, and the jersey type. These can be edited by the head coach on the front page.
11. When all fields are set and selected click on Submit.


Manage Players

By clicking on the Manage link located under the Roster column commissioners are presented with the options to add, edit or delete players from a team's roster.


If the roster is currently empty no players will be listed.

Add a Player

1. To add a player click on the link Add a player to ...
2. Enter the player's National Number.
3. Enter the player's First Name and Last Name.
4. Enter the player's Uniform Number.
5. Enter the Player's contact/home phone number.
6. Enter the Player's Date of Birth.
7. When all fields are set and selected click on Submit.


When the Submit button's been pressed a confirmation of the Player being added will be displayed.


Edit a Player and Validate player's age

When a roster is populated with players a commissioner can individually edit the players information (click on the icon). The very same information that was entered when adding the player can also be updated on the player edit page.

1. Click on the edit icon ( ).
2. Enter the player's National Number, if change is needed.
3. Enter the player's First Name and Last Name, if change is needed.
4. Enter the player's Uniform Number, if change is needed.
5. Enter the Player's contact/home phone number, if change is needed.
6. Enter the Player's Date of Birth, if change is needed.
7. Commissioners can verify the player's age.
8. When all fields are set and selected click on Submit.

Delete a Player

A coach can also delete players from the teams (click on the icon). No player will be deleted until confirmed on a second confirmation page.
